翼騰，帶著大家的希翼而騰飛！每每在國外看到國人學子們充滿期望地背井離鄉，遠離故土去異國求學，心中總是泛起一絲絲激動與不安、激動，是因為看到孩子們在國外孜孜求學上進，追求先進知識與實踐，在世界舞臺上展示自己的聰明與才智；不安，是因為我們的教育還沒有滿足學子們日益提高的求學受優質教育的要求，“錢學森之問”還在困擾我們的教育。世界500強名校排名中，我們的份量與影響力還有待進一步提升。

Rise.up International Education, rises up with our hope. I feel flustered when I meet my countrymen students pursuing studies in the foreign land. Excited, it is because that I fin Chinese students making progress assiduously, craving for advanced knowledge and practice, and putting their smart intelligence into full play on the world stage.
